PCS PUBLISHING, CO. 

PCS Publishing, Co., formerly Polo Publishing, commenced in 2009. It operates within the Open Access Publishing (OAP) forum and aims to freely promote universal access with equal opportunities for all scientific, technical and engineered knowledge with the creation and dissemination via peer-reviewed publishing. The OAP encourages initiatives to facilitate access, including free and uncharged access, to publicly available journals and books, open archives and repositories for scientific knowledge. The OAP, in terms of equitable access allows scientific knowledge to strive and promote electronic publishing, open access initiatives and make scientific data and information affordable and accessible in all countries on an equitable basis.


INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORY FOR OPEN ACCESS PUBLISHING (OAP)

Memberships of academic and scientific research organizations and institutions are affiliated within the International Directory for Open Access Publishing. The OAP list is worldwide, including institutions within Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and Australia; it offers and encourages a wide range of public knowledge and aims to be comprehensive and cover all open access scientific and scholarly journals that use an appropriate quality control system, and it will not be limited to particular languages or subject areas. The aim of the Directory is to increase the visibility and ease of use of OAP journals thereby promoting their increased usage and impact. All articles on this website are freely available via this website.


FOR AUTHORS

PCS Publishing, Co. is a subsidiary within the Polo Center of Sustainability and is its agreed publisher. This agreement extends to the publication of the two international special journals indexed within the Biblioteca Centrale "G. Marconi" (Central Library "G. Marconi") in Rome, Italy:

Authors wishing to submit a manuscript, review paper or conference paper to either of the these two special issue journals will need to follow the Manuscript Submission Guidelines for Authors specific to call. For books and book chapters please email us for specific instructions.


MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

All journal manuscripts, review papers, or conference papers submitted to PCS Publishing, Co. are read critically and peer-reviewed by referees before they are accepted for publication. When submitting full text formatted manuscripts or papers for potential publication use the pre-formatted template and submit it in .docx or .doc format only (Word Document)—see specific call guidelines. All submitted formatted full text manuscripts and papers should be original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Manuscripts and papers submitted to PCS Publishing, Co. should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
